Soviet super-spy Oleg Rusakova was moments away from diffusing a nuclear device at the local aquarium when leaking radiation caused him to bond with a nearby Lobster. The event granted him all the powers of a Lobster aside from the large claws.
He is now, the Red Lobster.

He looks sad that he's all lobstered up and yet lacks the most lobstery bit of a lobster; claws. I can tell he really wants to snip through a chain link fence but will have to humiliate himself by going to the hardware store and suffering the indignation of the snickering clerks to buy bolt cutters. Or not:)
